During my travels, I often meet indifferent people, so I was delighted to be welcomed by the friendly staff member at the station. He was polite, engaging, efficient, and communicative—qualities that are often lacking these days. It was refreshing to meet someone so happy in their work. Thank you for being yourself!
I've purchased from this company several times without issues (hence the 3 stars). However, this time the coffee tasted off, and I initially thought it was the milk. After several attempts, I realized the beans were faulty. Unfortunately, the company requires that you report issues within 48 hours and return the entire bag at your cost. Lesson learned; I won't be returning.
