I was seduced with 30% OFF my 1st 3 orders and Spoke to Staff on phone and asked them to ensure that both 3 for the price of 2 cheese promotions were on the order, only once I received my order they had decided to only give one promotion. The Lying staff then said I would be refunded the difference, for which I haven't received. I then went to ensure that both promotions were on my 2nd order, at this point I noticed that they had removed the 30% discount. So I decided that they're too dishonest to trade with, so I attempted to close my account, but found it's not possible unless you contact them to ask permission. So I tried to remove my payment details, to prevent them allowing anymore deliveries to be sent. However it's not possible to remove your card details, without handing them alternative details.
I found this people to be very dishonest as they prioritise the companies interests before the customer.
Be vigilant and check your order multiple times before delivery.
Demand your refunds as these women lie through their.

Delicious Rump Roast for the Holidays

The rump roast heart cut I purchased for the holidays was exceptional. Although it cost £60 for 1.5 kg, it was absolutely worth it. I only got to roast it yesterday, but as a fan of roast beef sandwiches, I prepared it delicatessen-style (140 deg F in the center). It provided two roast dinners and 8-10 sandwiches. Truly fabulous!

The quality of the meat, along with the values, ethics, and farming practices that accompany it, are very important to us. Even with our limited budget, we chose this supplier for our needs. However, what stands out the most, aside from the excellent meat, is the customer service. We encountered an issue with the courier service during our second delivery, but the two representatives I spoke with went above and beyond to assist us. Their support made us eager to continue as customers, despite the courier-related issue, which was beyond their control. I would highly recommend both the meat and the service.
