Company does not provide required opt out link to their emails. You get spammed all day long from them and there is no way to stop them. Even blocking the account doesn't work. Do not deal with these scammers.
I never registered, yet I continue to receive emails. I attempted to unsubscribe, but it was unsuccessful. I also sent emails requesting to be removed from the list, but nothing has changed. Even when I mark them as spam or junk, they still manage to appear in my inbox.
I subscribed, and less than 1h later I requested my subscription be cancelled. two days later and still not cancelled. They have a policy of cancelling within 24h which is rubbish. They have billed me, and also they will not take down my personal information from the site which is in data breech. Avoid this site.
I wish I had read the reviews first. I've cancelled my account and they keep billing me. Never got a single lead or inquiry, this site is a sham. Just designed to rip people off. Even their phone number is another business, that's how deceitful they are. Stay away!
I signed up for CofoundersLab’s trial, canceled the same day (site bearly working, only people active are scammers), and sent multiple formal emails requesting cancellation, data deletion, and removal of billing authorization. They never replied. Despite five clear requests, they charged my card without consent, a blatant violation of consumer protection laws and GDPR.I’m not the only one: this appears to be a recurring pattern, as seen in other reviews and Reddit threads. I’ve opened a formal dispute with my bank and will escalate to the European Consumer Centre and GDPR authorities if a refund is not issued.If this happened to you too: REPORT IT.Fraud like this should not be tolerated.
