As someone who is bad at science and has ADHD, I find that the concepts are explained in a way that I can understand. The videos are really good for revising when I don’t have much motivation because it is low effort and I can answer the questions as I ease into the flow of revising.
I think this app is amazing at helping me to study - the layout and videos/questions are exactly what makes things stick in my brain while revising BUT I think its scummy to limit the free version of the app a week before GCSE exams, forcing people like me to buy the pro version. Many people can't afford to do this and you are taking advantage of the people who can - it's selfish and to be honest kinda disgusting. Your website is incredible and I find it difficult to revise any other way. I know that there are others that feel the same and so by limiting our access you are directly affecting our results, something that an educator like yourself would be dismayed by. If your company truly needs the money, monetize the videos, or place adverts within the website but don't block such an amazing tool to so many young people.
helped me sooo much in my gcses that i came out with top grades (i ended up being in my local newspaper because of my grades even) and honestly it's all thanks to cognito. There's just something about how everything is layed out and the way it explains everything so simply. I love using it to revise and I've already recommended it to many of my friends. Even tho i love it so much, IT NEEDSSS a feature where you can reset all of the questions in the exam questions. That's all im asking
really love this site, it is the sole thing supporting my grades in GCSE science. i really struggled with it until finding Cognito, but this site has super well explained videos, quizzes to support, past papers, and many more. the free version was great, but the paid is so worth it! my only issue is that for chemistry and physics the topic points aren't the same as those on the Edexcel specification, which makes for quite a hassle.
Cognito saved my GCSE science grades.I started using cognito around the month of november (in year 11, leading up to my exams), I was predicted a 4-3 on combined science. However, soon after being recommend Cognito by a friend, I learnt the entire specification within a small period of time leading up to my February mocks which saw me achieving a 8-7 (may not seem high, but this was in under a week of Cognito, and, science wasn't my strongest subject) Overall, i would certainly recommend Cognito to anyone currently aiming for high grades, but not currenty there yet.
Cognito is the best revision app I have ever come across, it has helped me improve in my sciences and maths by an incredible amount, it explains everything perfectly and in simple yet detailed terms. It comes with very helpful revision videos aswell and questions, quizzes, exam styled questions, flash cards and even past papers. As a person with a pro account I do have to say that even without the pro it is extremely helpful Overall cognito is by far the most helpful website you will find out there.
