I'm looking forward to joining the sub 10 club this winter! I would give it five stars if communication were improved, especially regarding the need to use a separate app for updates, which often leads to last-minute notifications about session changes.
Once I set up the app, which was a bit tricky, it became easy to use. Bookings are instant, and I've never faced any issues. However, based on the negative reviews, I would only recommend it for frequent swimmers at these venues, which I believe is its primary purpose. It helps save on session costs and offers good deals on equipment.

The process for a single swim was overly complicated, and I received no communication for a whole year, only to find another payment deducted from my account without my consent for a one-time swim. Reaching out to the company has been impossible, and customer service is lacking.

The process for just a few swims is overly complicated! First, you need to navigate through the app (or two, which I still haven't figured out), then get a membership. After that, booking a swim is tricky, especially with multiple locations having similar names. Getting a refund seems impossible as it cannot be done through the various platforms, only directly with venues, which complicates matters. I wouldn't recommend it, and I hope the swims are better than the booking process.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company as their service is nearly non-existent. Cancelling my annual payment has been impossible so far, even after downloading the app. When I attempt to activate it, no code is sent to me. It's been a frustrating experience.

A year later, we were charged again for an annual subscription. Cancelling has been complicated due to the confusing array of sites and apps involved. After three years of subscriptions, this has turned out to be the most expensive swim ever.
