I have order 4 products and they have only delivered 3 products. My order was prepaid so, they thought now we don't need to deliver a product. I have all the proof but still they are not answering me properly. I have made huge mistake by buying from this brand. Infact it's not a brand they are scaming their customers. I suggest not to buy from this company. Their are plenty of other genuine brands with good quality, scam free, and better customer support.

Extremely Disappointed with Coitonic – Worst Experience Ever!I honestly regret ordering from Coitonic. Their delivery service is painfully slow — it took over 15 days just to get my order! When I tried to return the product, the whole process turned into a nightmare. They throw endless tantrums and excuses when it comes to returns, making it feel like they’re deliberately trying to avoid taking the product back.And don’t even get me started on their customer care — it’s absolutely useless. I called more than 10 times, and they never picked up or bothered to call back. It’s like they just don’t care about their customers at all.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Coitonic. This brand needs serious improvement in customer service and delivery management.
