Horrible company!!
Don‘t ever buy anything from the. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago! I still haven’t received my order! I contacted customer service 3 times and they never answered. Just a big scam!!
It took four weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, and they didn't have a larger size. First, I was offered a 25% refund. I didn't accept it. Then, a 35% offer. I didn't accept it again, and I pointed out their 30-day return policy. I sent the item back. After two weeks, I still haven't heard anything. I doubt I'll get my money back.
I've been waiting for my order for 10 days and it still hasn't arrived. The website only gives that it's on its way. I've contacted customer service and they tell me the same thing: it's on its way. I placed my order because it said it was in stock and ready to ship; I thought it would take a maximum of 3 days. Terrible service, especially since they play games with the customers.
The customer service is simply awful. I have ordered 3 items all in size M. I have received one of the items in a wrong size. When contacting customer service, they tried many times to pay me back 25% or 35% of the price for not returning the item. When I explained that I don’t need the item in the wrong size they asked me to return it baring the cost of post. While I am okay to pay to return the item that didn’t fit me, but I refuse to pay for the mistake made by the company.
