A replacement was arranged, but that also came with broken fixtures and missing screws in hinges and brackets, indicating poor craftsmanship for the price paid. A representative assured me a partial refund would be issued to address the unsatisfactory experience and incomplete items, but this promise was never fulfilled. Subsequent communications were ignored, and the refund never came. Quite disappointing.
