I had a fantastic experience with the service! My order arrived in just two days, and everything was exactly as I hoped. The shipping was quick and hassle-free, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I would certainly order again.
I ordered a fever jacket but was sent the incorrect color. After returning it, I haven't received any updates on my new order for two weeks! I've emailed multiple times without any response. This is unacceptable service.
My order has been delayed due to clearance issues for over a week now, with no updates from the service. The shipping company indicates that the seller needs to provide the manufacturer's name and address or identification code. I've reached out via email twice but have yet to hear back from the support team. I'm hoping to receive a response soon.
I purchased a zip-up for my daughter for Christmas, and it still hasn't arrived. I received a tracking update indicating it would be delivered by December 22, but that date came and went without any package. Another update promised delivery by December 30 (today), yet the tracking shows the item is still in Spain. I reached out to the support team and only received an automated reply, with no further communication. Had I known the delivery would take this long and that customer service would be lacking, I would not have made this purchase. Not satisfied at all!
I placed my order on the 8/12, and the item was automatically selected as an XS when I returned to the page. I immediately emailed to request a change to size M within two minutes of ordering, followed up the next day before the shipping label was created, and reached out again after the label was generated and when I received shipping confirmation. I finally received a response, but they are charging $22 for return shipping and want me to drop it off at a courier's depot. While I could have accepted the shipping times, the poor customer service and receiving the wrong size have led me to rate this experience as 1 star. I still haven't received a response about my situation and hope my return costs will be covered. The shirt appears to be of great quality, but it's the wrong size, and now I have to go last-minute shopping for my brother. I hope this gets resolved quickly.
There has been a complete absence of communication since I ordered a black puffer coat on December 2nd for a Christmas gift. I received an email after Black Friday stating they were busy, but despite reaching out multiple times, I haven't heard anything since. I would strongly advise against using this service.
Caution: They do NOT permit returns from the UK. I purchased a jacket and needed to return it to order a different size. When attempting to return it online, I received a message stating, ‘returns can’t be done in your region’ (as others have mentioned). I have sent two emails pointing out that their website claims they offer worldwide returns, but both have gone unanswered. Now, I am stuck with an item I cannot wear. Extremely disappointing customer service.
