I recently received a beautiful 3.5 carat tanzanite ring to give my wife for her birthday. Linda was amazing throughout the entire process. After several e-mails discussing the ring, she offered to completely reset the ring from yellow gold to white gold and my wife was thrilled with the results. The tanzanite quality is outstanding and looks at least as good as the website photos.I'll be the first to admit that I was apprehensive about the purchase but it was clear from Linda's responses to questions that she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. She succeeded in accomplishing that goal. We will definitely be return customers as I'm already getting hints about a Christmas gift.
Purchased a tanzanite pendant, stone was absolutely exceptional and larger than what I ordered (bonus). Linda communicates frequently throughout the entire process. Im not sure how I found this company. It may have been through a recommendation on Reddit sub for tanzanite. But I’m glad I used this company. She handled all my concerns. I was probably more concerned than most. I got a custom ring made since I wanted a style with a round tanzanite that they did not have on the website. She sent me a quote with the rendering of the ring design after I had simply described what I wanted. The final design she made came out fantastic. The custom band and setting is perfect. The diamond surround is great and the tanzanite center stone is fabulous. Great experience. She got it to me with Fedex overnight shipping a week before my deadline. Super grateful. Linda is a rare gem herself.
