I ordered off the 'snickersdirect.ie' website. Bought a €120 pair of workpants. Then I got a customs charge of €55 as the pants were now coming from the UK. Have emailed 4 times to try to cancel with no answer. Phoneline doesn't work and online chat is inactive. Have no idea how it can be right to buy from your country only to be asked to pay €175 total for a pair of pants. Am still waiting for confirmation on order cancellation and a refund for almost a week now and no reply. Very annoying and poor experience.
Delivery service with Elvri is terrible, parcel tracking shows that it has been in local elvri depot for over 5 days waiting to be delivered. Complete lack of updates. I will never use snickers direct again because of this and I would not recommend them to anyone else, next day delivery? Two weeks nearly and still waiting
