My son was moving into his new accommodation, and I had to look for a removal van for him. The company was great, I had a quote on how much it would cost and the price was great too. The young man that moved my son was also very helpful. My son and I was very happy with the move and will be using this company again to move things for us.
This was the first time I used a courier service as I needed to move some time sensitive legal documents. From the request for a quote to the actual delivery the Collect Same Day Courier Ltd team were professional, polite and helpful. The pick up and delivery were as specified and I was kept well informed by their courier James. All in all this was an excellent experience and I would thoroughly recommend their services. What a fantastic service by Collect Same Day Service. Had a package which had to be delivered by 8/1/26 and the pick up area was covered by snow. Customer Service agent was very efficient, got everything sorted really quickly and reassured me the weather would not be a problem. Courier picked up package on time and delivered as promised. Fantastic service above and beyond my expectations.
From the moment I made my initial enquiry, the communication and contact was excellent. Helpful staff, quick responses, great courier interaction who rang me on the day to say they'd arrived to make the collection. Communicated with me the entire time to when they finally arrived at my office with the package. Would definitely use again.
