Absolute scam of a company. I paid 1 usd for my results instead I get charged £22, they then claim you had 7 days to cancel. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. DISGRACEFUL FRAUDSTERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGE AS MUCH AS THEY LIKE. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SCAMMERS
DO NOT USE - Total scam of a company. Almost impossible to figure out how to cancel and they will not refund you even if you have not used it and it was the same day they took money from my account. Also, I canceled it myself and set an inquiry to find out about getting a refund and they replied back that they had canceled it and could not provide a refund. I received a cancellation email after they sent that back so I guess my cancellation wasn't valid...
DO NOT use this website, it is a scam and it is nearly impossible to cancel your subscription, even before the free trial ends. I was unable to cancel my subscription online, so I emailed them. They told me over email that my subscription was cancelled and that I would no longer be charged. Several weeks later, they are still attempting to charge me $42 CAD every 2 weeks. This is a terrible service and their avoidance to cancelling subscriptions is illegal.
Great site. unfortunately I can’t at present afford the US$29.99 for 3 months payable 7 days after joining- I wish I could. It’s great fun - upload a head and a body photos and enjoy trying on the chosen colours, styles, for outfits and hair. The analysis was spot on for me. Quite the surprise!
I only cancelled (easily done) after I realised I’d “signed up” without knowing so plus the actual cost - my one mistake- I failed to check my email after paying initial $1 - that’s where the T&Cs are; yes a bit sneaky on their part. because it’s easy to get involved in playing dress ups with hair & clothing styles/ colours and more - but you know this after all you get for a mere payment of US$1. (Now they have your bank details.. arrgh the realisation after playing dress ups- and absorbing all the info given It’s like playing Barbie but using a head and a body pic of yourself, using their analysis.
The “But beware—-“ and the whining stems from
You’ll discover after reading you’re email from them suddenly it’s US$10/wk but as $30US for 3 months in advance after 7 days if you don’t cancel - (or the price of 2 coffees/wk in Melb)
But Scam? Not for me-initially thought as once I read their email sent after $1 payment but not until later in day
and realised I’d unintentionally signed up for ‘subscription) - my only complaint- a tad sneaky as they don’t direct you to check email after signing up for assessment. . It’s the old saying- “if it’s too good to be true it probably is!” Then, I checked reviews and freaked! Locked my bank cards, rang bank, then breathed. Logged in and cancelled the subscription I knew zero about.
SCAM? Hmmm
Can’t login? (I was able to but many say they couldn’t) I checked out the alternative link they give on website. It includes “//billing.stripe….” Restricted from posting full link in review, but it’s on website - and it takes you to login page. If not copy and paste it in browser - sends you to same login page as well …. Easy peasy.
I also sent email to address given. (support@ etc)
Now I’m using the 7 days I do have (I hope) and having a ball! Will probably spend the $30US for 3 months (in advance) - it is a lot of bang for the bucks, ladies! Fab for online shopping deals for styles and colours not normally worn.
Scam. What is advertised as a small one time payment of $1.40CAN becomes a reoccurring subscription of $41.76 without your knowledge or consent. Canceling is impossible because when you try to login nothing loads as if the server doesn’t exist. Only gives an email option to cancel and havent heard back yet but i doubt i will because they are a deliberate scam. Will have to dispute the charge with my bank when its posted and no longer just pending. On top of all this the initial colour analysis they send you after what you thought was a small one time payment is completely wrong. I knew better than to use photos for colour analysis because every photo has different lighting so there is no way to tell from pictures. You should only have colour analysis done in real life. But this was advertised as very cheap so i thought id give it a try and very much regret falling for a scam.
