Found it very poor , still not received my order, needed it 13 days ago, think it’s been over 2 months that I have been waiting , no response from customer service, and tracking it but nothing has updated for ages . As for a refund , no response . Very poor and disappointed customers service .
Firstly, I paid over $30 for priority shipping (3-5 days) it took more than double that and when it arrived I could see by the label and package that it had definitely not been posted as priority. So don’t waste your money there.In fact don’t waste your money at all on this product, poor quality. Embarrassingly cheap looking, it will be going in the bin and won’t be used. Very disappointing.
Ordered out door illuminated house address number.The product was made of thin cheap acrylic with all the LED, wiring and connections exposed to the outside elements and had a usb connection instead of transformer pack as purchased on site. I followed refund process but had no response after casing several times.
Untrustworthy! I ordered a house sign through Colourful Swan recently and the item that I received, was made from a different material and didn’t look like the image they show on their website. I asked for it to be remade or a refund, they refused and now they just ignore my emails. They trade under several other companies as well a be aware.
I purchased a beautiful sign, I emailed the company before hand to send me proofs of the design before I committed to purchasing as I wanted to ensure they could produce exactly what I wanted. I received the sign 1-2 weeks later and I’m sooo pleased with it!
