The craftsmanship of the dual zone clock was subpar, and it isn't worth the money. The company did send a replacement after the first one arrived damaged, but the quality of the new one is so poor that I won't be displaying it. I won't be making any future purchases.
If I could choose a minus one star, I would. We ordered a clock that took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was in pieces with no instructions for assembly. I requested a refund under their return policy, but the company gave me the runaround. In the end, they refused to issue a refund. Our loss. I highly recommend avoiding this company as their products aren't worth the money, and they won't honor their return policy.
It took longer than expected to arrive. I had to contact my payment platform to get in touch with them. Once shipped, it arrived, but the quality was extremely poor. The item is very fuzzy, and the name has a different color and clarity compared to the rest. I wouldn't buy again.
This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Product does not ship within the time period stated on the website. Then when you ask for a refund they ignore you and ask for a restocking fee. When you insist on a full refund they continue to ignore you and say the item has shipped. Listen to other reviews.
Very sad with what I received versus the image online. The knight was 3D and looked like a real knight suit for the clock I got. When received, it was a glass image of the knight clock. I went back to the site and nothing indicates this is a flat glass clock with just the image printed on it.
The shipment arrived damaged. i informed them if this and was told it was fine. It wasn't fine this was a gift. I can't give a damaged gift to anyone which they appeared to not understand. They offered a discount which was useless to me. I told them over and over I wanted to return it and they never told me what I needed to do to return it instead they wanted me to fix it. I was not comfortable with that. Then they wanted to charge me $10 shipping to reproduce another one. Who knows of it would come damaged. The discount they offered was 30% after starting at 10% working their way up to the 30%. What a joke.
