Extremely disappointing experience! The service still owes us $12,000 CAD, which is nearly $9,000 USD. AVOID booking with this provider!!!! They canceled our fully paid safari just two weeks before the scheduled start date of November 1, 2025, leaving us in Africa with no options. The company promised to refund us (with some additional compensation) within 45 days after a financial restructuring, but we have received nothing. They are complete fraudsters who continue to operate and deceive others. We also interacted with a representative named Mary... do not trust her. Moreover, the local tourism regulatory authority took no action, despite their assurances to prevent this service from continuing its operations.

They are absolute fraudsters who continue to operate and deceive others. We dealt with a representative who is untrustworthy. The local tourism authority did nothing, despite assurances to bar this service from operating.
BE CAUTIOUS. We decided to cancel our booking 6 weeks before our scheduled trip. The reasons include, 1. Poor communication. 2. Negative reviews. 3. Advice from a former employee. 4. Self-admitted cash flow issues. We were right not to use them as we are still waiting for our deposit of just over £3500. We cancelled on August 22. We were promised a refund, but nothing has materialized. We are now pursuing a claim through our credit card company. It appears they are honoring shorter safaris but lack the funds for longer ones. BE CAUTIOUS.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. We paid a deposit for a safari but cancelled on August 6, 2025, after reading numerous extremely poor reviews. We were assured that our deposit would be refunded within 60 days. I dealt with a representative from their customer service team, who initially managed the booking. On September 21, I reached out to check on the refund status and was told she would follow up with the accounts department. That never happened. After that, she completely stopped responding. I sent follow-up messages on several dates with no reply. On October 5, I contacted another account listed on their website, showing the lack of response. I was promised a callback by the end of the day, but it never happened. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Once they have your money, communication ceases. It feels dishonest and untrustworthy. Terrible customer service and no refund despite promises. Steer clear of this company!
We planned our safari a year in advance and paid our deposit in July 2024. Initially, we were confident based on good reviews. Their representative was responsive, and our itinerary was arranged. However, weeks before the trip, communication broke down. We discovered that our hotels had not been booked. To our shock, we were informed that our deposit was not allocated to our file, and they were facing cash flow challenges. We canceled our trip and requested a full refund. An apology was issued, but our emails to the accounting department have gone unanswered. We feel fortunate to have avoided a disastrous trip, but we are still out thousands of dollars. This company has proven to be unreliable.
WARNING - Do not book with this service. You may lose your money. This company operates under multiple names, so be cautious. Like many others, we lost thousands due to this corrupt tour operator. We paid for our trip in full weeks before departure, only to find our hotel bookings were cancelled upon arrival. We had to pay over $2,000 USD out of pocket for accommodations that had already been prepaid. While we eventually received a refund, many others have not. Avoid booking with this service.
Our half-day private excursion to the national park was unforgettable. Our driver was great, stopping for photos and ensuring a smooth ride. Communication with the office staff was easy, and they were very accommodating in rescheduling our excursion. We hope to return!
