Seen multiple reviews about returns/refunds so it seems it’s not just me, they really need to sort out there customer service, they blamed it on an intern before and only properly replied when I threatened taking things further, I sent my returns back and still haven’t got a refund (this has been going on since June this year) and once again they have stopped answering my dms on instagram and emails, DONT BUY from this place.

Great Customer ServiceIssues with customs during shipping but I was offered a full refund and other options where they covered the cost of lots of anything that needed to be covered. Amazing products, all came perfectly!! Highly recommend, thank you so much once again to the lovely owners!!
AVOIDI placed my order 2 and a half months ago and only ever received 1/3 items. Customer service is shocking, never giving any explanation or apology and only giving fake promises like “it’ll be shipped this week” and it never is. Money lost and no accountability. They do not care about their customers.
