The items are 2 sizes smaller than average in the UK. I’ve asked to return, which I am legally allowed to, and they now ignore my emails. I’m having to report them to shopify… not to mention I waited 2 months for the product and had to ask them 3 times to ship it. such a shame as I love to support smaller businesses but they really disappointed me.
My order of the fireman clasp jacket(#5756) never arrived. Only after five emails with me claiming that it wasnt shipped, they checked and informed me that they "accidentally" shipped it international "standard" instead of internationally "tracked". They asked me to wait further and as expected i still didnt recieve any package or got any notifications from local courier. Since then they have absolutely ghosted me and wont answer me anywhere. If you choose to read this review please get back to me and help resolve the issue. And for others reading this... stay away.Br Jacob
