I had a great experience with Owen Cox as a trainer. From the moment I met him, he set an excellent example of the company. He was very respectful and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, which immediately created a positive atmosphere.
Owen led the classroom with confidence and made the training engaging and easy to follow. He took the time to make sure I had a good understanding of everything being covered and was always happy to explain things clearly when needed.
He’s a great trainer for Comex and a genuinely nice guy. I really appreciated the way he delivered the training and the effort he put into making sure everyone was comfortable and learning.

Engineer installed Broadband for flat above me but proceeded to fix the fibre box next to my bedroom wall downstairs. I wasn't asked and I told the Engineer permission hadn't been sought from the property owner to attach it. I didnt want the box next to my bedroom wall. The Engineer became rude, offensive, told me to F off and called me insane. Carried on with the works in my garden knowing they had no permission from my Landlord. No callback from the Area Manager. Totally unprofessional company. Will be getting the box removed thanks.
Their van reg DY24 ZUC parked at the end of my drive this morning whilst I was working from home, left their doors open blasting loud, inappropriate music at a ridiculous volume. No respect for home workers or even night shift workers who need to sleep during the day.
So a major road has been closed by these contractors and I’ve been watching them chatting a snaking all day arms folded doing next to nothing while the cause major inconvenience to the public! This is day 2 and again nothing happening leaning on shovels doing the bare minimum. The roads gonna be closed for at least a week BUT if they actually pulled there trousers up and got on with the work maybe just maybe it would take half the time and half the cost to tax payers!
Zero stars a shambles this company waiting for a cable pull for my internet with virgin media. I am calling every day to chase the job they do t give a monkeys i keep getting told the same thing by everyone who answers your call is passed on and someone will call you. A disgusting customer service not experienced anything like it before. I am promised a call back with an update everyday but no one has called for over 2 weeks. The workman who did an initial visit were rude and full of excuses to not do the work.
