They did fix my initial issue, but it took an extra 45 minutes because of system updates I didn’t request.
After being a long-time customer, I just canceled my subscription due to their poor record management. I initially signed up for both services for one year, but when I called for assistance, they only acknowledged one of my subscriptions. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with them. I even had to report them previously to resolve a similar problem. I’m fed up with their practices and have ended all dealings with them.
