The sales tactics were overly aggressive. There’s no way to manage my account independently or cancel the subscription. When I asked the technician to stop auto-renewal, he continued to pressure me. I had to insist on immediate cancellation. Although they addressed my initial issue, it took an additional 45 minutes due to unnecessary system updates.

When I asked the technician to end the subscription to avoid auto-renewal, he kept pushing me to reconsider. I had to be quite assertive to get it canceled immediately. Disorganized Record Keeping

After being a long-time customer, I just canceled my subscription due to their poor record management. I initially signed up for both services for one year, but when I called for assistance, they only acknowledged one of my subscriptions. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with them. Unauthorized Charges

Instead of the promised $8.00 monthly fee, I was charged $291.07 along with another unauthorized charge. Despite my request to cancel, the funds were still taken from my account. I have yet to see a refund, which feels like fraud.

Recurring Charges Mismanagement

I purchased a subscription and was billed again without my consent. After calling to cancel, they only canceled part of my subscriptions. I faced long wait times and was repeatedly placed on hold. I've successfully canceled everything now, but it seems their practices may violate consumer protection laws. I intend to report them to the authorities.
