I ordered five large storage boxes online, but unfortunately, three arrived damaged, despite being well bubble-wrapped and securely packed. It seemed like it was due to mishandling during delivery. I reached out to the customer service via email about the issue, and they responded promptly, sending me replacements for the three boxes, which I received today, 10/12/2025. I'm pleased to support a company in Ireland that values excellent customer service.

I was searching for extra-large Christmas baubles and found them available on this platform. It was my first time using this online store, and I also ordered a few other items due to their wide selection of Christmas decorations. A few days later, I received an automated message stating that half of the items were out of stock and would be refunded, which arrived quickly. After another couple of days, I got another email about another item being out of stock. The order was dispatched and arrived the next day. However, the wrong item was refunded. Ultimately, all the XL baubles were out of stock. Furthermore, I couldn't choose the preferred shape for one type of bauble, so despite highlighting my preference for round shapes, I received five tear-dropped shapes, which are useless to me. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. I won’t be using this platform again.
I had a great experience. I ordered a patio set last Monday and called the customer care team to see if it could be delivered the next day, as I wouldn’t be home for the rest of the week. They arranged for delivery on Tuesday. The set was easy to assemble and looks beautiful. I highly recommend this platform.
