The quality of the product is outstanding, and my husband really appreciated his gift; however, it didn't fit properly. I recognize the importance of minimizing environmental impact, but an exchange would be very helpful since I now have a jersey that I can't use. Great gifts but tracking issues

I purchased a jersey and a shirt. The jersey was slightly larger than expected and the shirt was quite wide. The quality was impressive, and my Argentinian husband really loved the jersey. It was a Christmas gift, and although it arrived on December 24th, I was anxious because the tracking system didn't provide updates on its location. He ended up receiving more gifts than anticipated since I had no idea where the package was.
