Unwanted pressure to purchase

Fantastic service with helpful staff

Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely do not buy! My necklace arrived scratched and the gold edges looked worn. I reached out immediately, but was told it was sent in 'brand new condition', implying I caused the damage just by looking at it. It hasn't even been out of the box since arrival. They took no responsibility and treated me poorly. I would strongly advise against this shop.
