I have been purchasing sarees from the service for the last 6 years without any issues until this time. I ordered an embroidered teal and blue saree, but what I received was completely different. I wish I could share a picture. I did reach out to them hoping for a resolution, but they didn't even bother to apologize and instead ignored my email.

The website claims “free shipping” and “fair prices,” but this is quite misleading. They don't clearly state that customs duties and taxes are NOT included. This information is hidden in the terms and conditions after you've placed your order. I had to pay around €40 extra to DHL upon delivery, making their products significantly more expensive than those of competitors. Be cautious – the total cost is far from what the website claims.
