Exercise caution with this service, especially if they have access to your private information. I used them once for a client with hearing impairment, and subsequently received multiple invoices that were not intended for us. Upon reviewing them, I discovered they were invoices meant for a probation department, containing full names, phone numbers, and birthdates of individuals required to report to their probation officer. Just imagine if I recognized one of those individuals and learned about their probation status through this? It puts me in a position to potentially misuse someone's identity. They are supposed to provide support, yet this is how they manage sensitive data? I raised my concerns with a representative in accounting, who dismissed it as trivial, claiming no personal information was compromised. However, I have full names, the probation office they report to, their cell phone numbers, and their dates of birth—DOB is confidential information. If you value your private data, I strongly advise against using this service. They seem indifferent to the privacy of their clients.
