Review Time
I paid €170 for a large-format photo print, ordered before Christmas, with a clear and explicit guarantee that it would be delivered within 4–5 working days. Today is February 9th, and after 1 month and 3 days, I HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
The shipment is handled by Schenker, whose performance has been completely unacceptable. First, they claimed that the premises were closed due to a holiday, which is a blatant lie, as I am a private customer and live in a house. Then they stated that the delivery address was incorrect, which is also completely false — it has been checked multiple times and is 100% correct. Contradictory excuses used to cover sheer incompetence.
Customer support is useless and non-existent. They keep repeating the same scripted response: “we will contact the carrier”, without providing any real solution, no deadlines, no alternatives, and no compensation. This is nothing short of a complete waste of time.
This order (ESA59900760183) was meant to be a Christmas gift. It did not arrive for Christmas, nor the following week, nor at any reasonable time. At this point, even if it eventually arrives, it is completely worthless. Of course, the payment was taken immediately.
I also strongly advise people to pay close attention to the reviews: when searching for this company on Google, Trustpilot reviews appear from other countries, not from the Spanish service, where almost all reviews are 1 star. That says everything.
Given this situation, I will be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection authorities, in addition to making this experience public to warn other customers.
A disgraceful experience, terrible management, and a total lack of professionalism.
Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.

Bad delivery. Lost package. Wasting my time to sort out this mess. Garbage customer service. No phone support and indifferent non caring customer service attendants. Late for Christmas. Their delivery carrier UPS lied about the delivery. The mi arte group does not care and always says that there is nothing we can do. They will not compensate you for non delivery. BEWAREand AVOID unless this is your only option, otherwise seek out other more customer-centric solutions as Mi-Arte is only interested in your money not the quality of their service nor the quality of the support. POOR QUALITY.
