Really great experience from start to finish! The call centre were so helpful and made everything really easy. I got a few quotes and ended up going with Lancashire Glass and Glazing to upgrade from wooden sash to UPVC windows. Couldn’t be happier with how it all went l. I would definitely recommend!
Compare companies are quick to answer an enquiry but have very slack and dubious booking processes. I am still waiting for a booked contractor. A booked contractor , booked for today and no show has responded to me advising that compare companies just books appointments without arranging anything with the contractor. A manager is apparently going to call back... still waiting ... what a mess around , steer clear!
My boiler broke down right before Xmas. After searching on Google I came across this website Compare companies and after making an enquiry to get a quote I was contacted almost immediately by a customer service agent who was very friendly and patient (I'm hard of hearing) and booked me in with 3 suppliers one of which gave me an extremely good price - I cant recommend this service enough.
I needed a price for new roof on my conservatory. I was very apperceive about putting my number in online as expect a lot of random calls but I’m so glad I did. The company contacted me direct and I’ve received no unsolicited calls like I expected. I spoke to a gentleman called Simon who put me in contact with two different companies that deal with conservatories. Simon was able to book one of the appointments for me and the second company contacted me directly to arrange a time. Both were very professional and similar priced. I chose to go with the one of the companies they put me in contact with who I felt gave me the best advice. I would really recommend them as everything was so professional and simple.
