Went on here to get a quote and wasn't given one, instead had all my contact details spread out to a lot of moving companies without my consent.Have been hounded since then, with one company telling me that they were charged for having my information and not using them!Company needs to update their website to say that they'll be sending out your details in the way they do.
Saw this advertised simply as a comparison site, went through it like any other and once submitted, it tells you they've sent your details to numerous companies you've matched with and the spam phone calls/emails from these companies start immediately. Better off just researching locally or using one of the reputable comparison sites. Wish I'd seen some of these reviews before I put in my contact info!
I was referred to four companies, each of which gave me quotes. I chose one company who were the cheapest. They seemed almost too cheap, but I went with them, and they did a great job (Hansen). I don't think I would have found them without comparemymove.
