Mixed feelings about the mystery box experience.

I can relate to others' opinions regarding the mystery box. They showcase an image of a box brimming with surprises, but I only received a knife. This was quite disappointing, especially since it was a gift for my son's birthday. I really didn’t want to have to explain the situation to him. On a positive note, the support team did respond to my email regarding a refund or exchange.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

Don't fall for their advertising. I was promised mystery boxes but received just one package containing two items, both of which are of terrible quality. I wouldn't pay even two dollars for them at a flea market. This seller is misleading; they guarantee something special but deliver items worth far less than what you paid. The products are poorly made, with flimsy materials, and one of the knives lacks a proper lock. The other is so large and heavy that it's difficult to carry. Completely ridiculous!

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I ordered a trauma kit from the company. After three weeks, it still hadn't arrived! When I reached out to them, they explained that it was on ‘back order’ with no expected shipping date. I suspect the real reason is that I didn’t purchase any of the other items they were heavily promoting on their site. Instead of absorbing the discount on the trauma kit, they 'generously' refunded my purchase. This experience has left me feeling like I was dealing with sharks.

Consistently Satisfied with My Purchases

I have made several purchases from the service and have been genuinely pleased with everything I've bought. This time, I ordered 3 trauma first aid kits, but the bonus promos process felt quite lengthy, with numerous popups that seemed to appear even after I thought I was finished. It became a bit overwhelming. I decided to step away and do something else, but then received a text encouraging me to complete my order, which I did later that night. Somehow, I ended up with 6 trauma first aid bags instead of the 3 I intended to buy. I'm not sure where the error occurred, but the support team resolved the issue promptly the next morning. I also added a flat flashlight from the bonus promos and am excited about it. Now I can't stop thinking about the tent and mat package in a nice shoulder bag from another promo; I wish I had included that in my order. Overall, the bonus promos are definitely effective.

Disappointed with the Purchase

For $50.00, I received a headlamp, a pocket knife, and a small keychain. The online advertisement showed someone unboxing a large cardboard box, which felt misleading. However, the customer service is processing my refund, and I'm waiting to see if I need to return the items. If not, they might win me over as a customer—'might.'
