Great people, great coaching and everything you want to see in a program. They really dedicate time to improving content and programs for the students. This program took me from being full of fear and self-doubt to being confident in my knowledge and my numbers. After starting the program it took me only 18 months to close my first 18 unit office building that will bring me in over a 20% return using none of my own money.
I am so thankful for Daniel and his coaching team/program. There's none like his program because of who he is. He coaches all of his students to reach their potential, not just in real estate entrepreneurship, but he is dedicated in shaping students to becoming good human beings, which would naturally be leaders we want in this world. Also, this community is like none other. I'm thankful that this community as a whole is not driven by monetary ambitions nor success over another, but genuinely seeking to grow beyond the past self limitations to help those around them. When I attend the PIM meeting I’m inspired by the accessibility and step by step assistance from the coaches/strategists/others. The information and resources is top notch! It's a great way to learn how to raise capital and get into multi-family investing with all necessary tools to optimize our opportunities including creative financing. This mentorship is by far the best investment I've ever made! After decades of wanting to invest in real estate and being disappointed by training course, video/audio tapes (yeah, been trying it for that long) and never having any success because I didn't have a coach or mentor there working alongside of me and backing me up. The network of mentors/coaches and classmates further bolster the comprehensive educational materials and guidance you'll get from the program. The training materials are practical, comprehensive, and invaluable. The ongoing support and availability of assistance is second to none. You still have to do work and learn and apply the knowledge - as with anything worthwhile in life - so you have to want to do it and if you apply yourself you will get out of it everything and more that you put into it. I can't recommend the program enough if you want to change your life and build your financial freedom and future!
I've found them to be honest and approachable, which I appreciate. Daniel is also very good about teaching the numbers to calculate multi-family deals. The group is still small enough where you can still have some direct time to ask questions. Chris as a personal mentor is always willing, available, and an excellent addition to the team!
My experience with First Deal Mentor for the past 18 months has been transformational.
