I ordered two garages in March 2025 and paid a deposit in April, expecting delivery in August. I informed the representative about some delays and requested delivery in early October. She assured me it would be fine, but I had to pay the full amount to secure that date. I settled the final invoice by September 9th. The representative was supposed to check with the site manager on October 13th but failed to do so. When I called the office, I only got a message saying it was closed until Monday, which was frustrating. There seems to be no customer support once they have your money. I even contacted a nearby company and learned there were no vehicles on site. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as they appeared reputable. Their website claims they are the largest concrete garage specialists, but it seems that looks can be deceiving. I had to send a final warning before considering debt collection to retrieve my funds or ensure the garages were installed properly. They were eventually installed on December 21st/22nd, 2025, but not to my satisfaction. One garage leaks, and despite attempts to dry the bases, they were still wet after rain. I've been trying to reach them since December 27th, only to hear the office is closed. The guarantees I received were full of loopholes, making them unreliable. I'm extremely disappointed with the service; they are friendly until they receive payment, after which it becomes a struggle to get the products delivered and installed.

This company was working for a neighbor and completely blocked my driveway. When I asked them to move their vehicle, the older worker was rude and dismissive, insisting he wouldn’t move it far. The vehicle was parked illegally, and when I complained to the company, it was a waste of time. They showed no concern for the disruption they caused to neighbors. They also arrived before 7:30 AM, which the company claimed was not against the law, despite it being inconsiderate. They seem indifferent to receiving complaints.
I had a very positive experience overall. The workers were punctual, dismantling my old garage and clearing away all debris. The groundwork and concrete were completed the following week while the fencing secured my backyard. The site was clean and organized throughout the process. While there were some delays due to weather, I was kept informed regularly and even received a £200 reimbursement for the inconvenience. I'm very satisfied with my new garage and appreciate the effort the team put in. Highly recommend this service for anyone considering a new garage!
I recommend looking elsewhere for your garage. I only gave two stars because I eventually received a garage. I paid over £11,000 for a small lean-to garage. After paying a deposit in January and additional payments in May and September, I finally received the garage eight months later. Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare for the past 20 months. Their planned dates for groundwork were repeatedly canceled, and it took them eight months to lay the concrete base, which was originally scheduled for May. They eventually laid it in September, well after the initial payment. The work done was subpar; no proper groundwork was laid. I received a partial refund for the delays but have been chasing them for over a year to complete the installation, as the weatherboard is missing, causing water to leak in. They also failed to deliver an electric motor as compensation for the delays. My emails and calls now go unanswered. While the garage itself was delivered and installed fine, the problems were all with this company. If you have a suitable base, your experience may differ, but I would advise looking for alternatives.
