Still haven’t received one of cases my family ordered as part of the buy one get one free offer. The help email is repetitive and says they have to wait another 5 days before they will do anything. When I wrote a review on their website, they told me to contact their help email and didn’t post my review. They are hiding their very frustrating shipping system from customers. Buyer beware!

I absolutely love everything about this phone case! It's beautiful with the aqua shimmer and mermaid feel! Perfect for a beach girl like me! I love how it is thick and protective but also so cute! I like how the color is all the way around and how easy it was to put on my phone. If you're looking for a good brand and cute designs look no further!
I like the print of Poppy Meadows so much that when I upgraded my old phone I ordered it for my new phone . The grip & protection on the Casely cases have served me well . I feel like they are worth the money & I like that that aren't so bulky . I really like it when Casely has a sale making the cases even more affordable .
Don’t count on your case getting to you between 2-5 days as it says on their site. I’m at 14 days with no case delivered yet. While I understand that weather can affect delivery times, none of my other mail or packages have been delayed, and they use USPS to ship. I contacted customer service and they gave me $15 off my next order… I won’t be ordering from them again, so they obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction.
I did order 2 iphone 17 cases from casely which is no where to be found. Tracking is stuck since jan 14th saying package acceptance is still pending it supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Today is the 10th business day i did checked my USPS box no package from casely. As per the customer service package is not lost sometimes in busy days usps don’t scan there packages might be they forgot to scan. No helpful details by customer service as well as no replacement no refund. Like hello casely pay attention. I do get packages from usps most of the time they do get delivered on time. Why only usps is having issues with casely packages.
The phone case was super cute, I loved the pattern. I also like how nice the buttons were, and the grips on the sides, at first I was scared the case would be easy to drop, but the grippy side of the case is perfect! I do wish it was black or matched the case instead of being navy blue, but it's still very nice! It's a heavy duty case and I feel confident it will protect my phone!
