Great Value, superb customer service operation (used twice on day of purchase). Parcelforce delivery arrived next day before 8 am. Unpacked and tested by 9:30, item looks well made and stylish with the modern wheels and tapered armrests. Difficult to release wheels, needs a tap with a mallet, perhaps a quality issue needing lubrication on the production line?

I ordered an Oticon TV Adapter which arrived quickly, well-packaged and undamaged, earning 5 stars from me. As for the adaptor, I haven't formed a strong opinion yet; sometimes the broadcasts seem significantly improved, while at other times, less so. This might be due to my fluctuating hearing. I would certainly recommend this service for excellent service.
