They are a sponsorship company that brings people from India to scam others in the UK. They will keep calling you until they get what they want — your money and your time. After that, they disappear and even make fun of you. They are not genuine and sell things they cannot deliver. I wish I had read a review like this before buying their courses.If you are planning to buy a course in construction, always check the official CSCS website for trusted training partners.
I did painting and decorating training with construction helpline,all the staff and tutors are very supportive.The style of teaching is very suitable for all special who is working.I recommend them for who want to upgrade their skills and get new path.
I had again soo much knowledge and skills in the industry. People like me are within the system that needs to make that major steps in they are carrier. In order to improve individually and the construction industry in whole. Thanks for the team identifying me.
Showed potential interest in a course but the phone calls and emails pressuring me to 'close off' the sale were relentless!!! Unfortunately I won't be booking Today 2nd of October still the calls keep coming!!! Unbelievable. Sounds like you have issues with an overseas call centre
My path to my NVQ level 5 has been very satisfactory my tutor Ian edge has been very informative and encouraging and engaging which leads to a better learning experience and construction helpline have been a very professional experience
STAY AWAY⚠️!!!I worked for them looking for my first job in the marketing industry back in 2024 as I was super passionate to get into this industry just after I left college at 17 years old.They paid me late majority of the months.And on my second final paycheck and last month working for them, they paid me nearly 1 month LATE - and gave me little to know communication the whole time - an extremely stressful time as you can imagine especially when no one is telling me when I will get paid.They had one more paycheck the following month and after all of the hassle, paid me my final but nearly 1 week late.They claimed that they weren’t paying me because I hadn’t returned a work laptop (but they never gave me the collection label for weeks) and I was always compliant and happy to return the laptop - also not paying an employee nearly 1 month late because they haven’t recieved a work laptop is ILLEGAL. Very illegal.
For the last 3 employees who we have needed to obtain CSCS cards we have had issues.Staff pass the test, they have correct Level 1 H&S, all forms are completed and money paid, but they do not process the cards. Several phone calls and weeks pass and still nothing and staff are not able to get on site as the paper certificate telling them they have passed is only valid for 28 days. Everyone you speak to on the phone just says sorry but still doesn’t do anything. Totally unacceptable and not fulfilling what they are charging you for. Find another company!!!
