Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. I should have noticed the alarm bells when they asked me to pay for my card upfront before I had even sat the cscs exam. I only paid for the exam at first then after I passed I paid for the card, they then asked for my qualifications, I am 65 yrs old and I only had city & guilds certificate and my apprenticeship card ( joinery). After numerous calls getting the same answer ( refund going in next week) I have had enough and feel compelled to write this review to try to warn people
