Great communication throughout and the venue for the 1 day (3hours in total) was easy to find and park! Abit pricey for what it is but they do what they say on the tin.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. CSCS Couse taken on 24th January 2024 and card still not issued!! Phoned at least 5 times and always same answer 'Will be next week, sorry we have a backlog'. WHAT 7months backlog ?? Make a wise choice and go direct via CITB site.Emailed response is same ' Now we have forwarded your CSCS card application to the card processing team to be processed it soon'CITB have no record of application.
