Review Time
I ordered my windows and front door, plus surround and leaded light, in May 2025. I heard nothing for 3 months. I eventually managed to get hold of them in August, they said they knew nothing of my order despite me giving them £3500 deposit in May. They asked me what colour windows and door I wanted! I rang and messaged them a number of times in the next 2 months. I had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery in November, and was in hospital until early December. They wanted to fit the windows before Christmas, but I was not well enough. I eventually agreed the third Monday in January. The third Thursday they turned up, and did a crap job on the upstairs windows. The centre window was not supposed to be an opener, but they fitted one. They left dirt and detritus on top of my downstairs bay window. They were supposed to come back on Monday, but it was raining, so they turned back home. They eventually came back on Thursday, and completed the installation on Friday. They left at 12. 45. At 12.55, there was a knock at the door. The fitters were back wanting me to pay the other £3500 for the job. I told them in no uncertain terms that I had waited 8 months for my windows, and I wasn't going to pay until I had examined the job in detail. Upon inspection, they had left detritus on the bay window top by the bay window outside, and a pile of unused and old removed windows in a pile by my back door. They had not left me Kay's for the openers, and the front door was very difficult to lock. I rang them and told them I would not pay until they fixed these problems. It took them two weeks, but they did eventually do the work. While the worker was still fixing the door he asked for the final payment! I was not happy that I had to wait so long for the job to get done but they were seeking the payoff even before the job was finished. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They will also tell terminal inexactitudes about your experience. I heard nothing from this company, including a receipt for my initial advance of £3500, for 3 months, and had to track them down on the internet, and when I got through to leave a message on an answering machine, their receptionist rang me back asking if I was wanting a quote for windows. I had to explain that I didn't want a quote I wanted my bloody windows fitted! This person had no knowledge of me, and had to get someone else to ring me. In August, the 4th. They said they needed further clarification on the colours and design of the windows! I tried to clarify, once again, what I had paid for, and they asked me for photographs of the door, surround, and leaded light! I now await my Fensa guarantee for my installation. I wonder if I will get it this year?
Fitting new windows and doors on my 1895 house brought many challenges as it's a wonky old stone house but the fitters were fabulous, not phased by having to move scaffolding and cut plasterboard out of their way and dealt with everything easily with professionalism and humour. Despite delays due to manufacturing issues they still managed to get everything sorted quickly and efficiently, happily driving far and wide to get the right pieces for the job.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Their communication and customer support have been shocking! It's been 10 months since I paid the deposit, and the issue is still unresolved. After 9 months, I was offered the option to walk away, yet they still haven't honored their commitment. I left a review and was contacted with more promises, but a week later, there has been no follow-up! There are many other options available; don’t take the risk! Seek alternatives to avoid disappointment like we have. It will end up costing us significantly more than the remaining balance to hire another company to fix their poor workmanship, replace malfunctioning windows, and complete the unfinished work. Additionally, I have evidence to support my claims and proof of being offered money to remove my review. I will also be reporting this to the relevant authorities.
DO NOT ENGAGE! I paid 50% for a service on February 25, expecting it to be completed by April 25. Now, it’s December 25, and the work remains unfinished. They consistently failed to show up and made promises they couldn't keep. The windows are improperly installed: they don’t open due to incorrect height, and the design and openings are all wrong. There are so many issues I can’t list them all! They are dishonest and continue to provide false information without any shame! Months have passed with empty promises. They are not even affordable compared to other options available! We are left out of pocket, and an independent inspector found more faults than we did, stating that most windows will need to be redone. Seven windows lack the legally required certifications. I have never encountered such an unprofessional company! STAY AWAY! Evidence can be provided if needed. The response they posted is not accurate! There was no goodwill gesture; they abandoned the project after multiple no-shows, and it will cost more than what is owed to complete the work. The installed windows do not function as agreed, and there are still outstanding items they promised to address. It's a disgrace... DON'T TAKE THE RISK!

I recently had eight windows installed with secondary glazing, and I'm extremely pleased with the service throughout. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. The installation was of a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. Everything was great from start to finish. The representative managed my pricing and order and even followed up after delivery.
