I have never had car finance, always preferring to obtain a bank loan.These people have just sent an email that I will have to pay £75 cancellation fee for cancelling a contract that I never signed up for in the first place. They are stating it was an electronic signature.Stay well clear of them.
Like alot of people here I got an e mail out of the blue saying this company was acting on behalf of me for past car finance. I never signed up to this. They say I have a 14 day cooling off period before cancelation fees. Could somebody please advise me on the best corse of action as I fear canceling me be may admitting liability. Should I just block, delite and ignore???
This company sent an email claiming I have signed authorisation, allowing them to pursue some kind of claim for a finance I have never had. Further more I haven't even lived in the UK for many years. Its a scam. I am sending the details to the financial ombudsman.
Had an email from this company I’ve never heard of them….i do have 2 claims for car finance going through a different company…..so getting a aggressive email stating about me having an agreement with them is completely false…and they stated that fees would be incurred…..left a review because this company is very dodgy saying I’ve signed an agreement with them when I’ve never heard of them
No instructions to act on my behalf were ever given!!! Never signed anything. Therefore, SCAM / phishing! Aggressive emails suggested costs will be incurred if not cancelled by a certain date. Reported to Action Fraud Reported to Trading Standards Legal advice sort I have also informed my finance company that no one is acting on my behalf. Maybe if everyone takes action - this company will be taken to task over their fraudulent practices.
I wrote and spoke to this scamming firm on 18/09/2025 after I had received a copy of a letter from them which authorised them to pursue car finance claims on my behalf. Signed, allegedly, by me.Today I've received a letter from Volkswagen asking whether I had authorised the same firm to pursue a claim against them. Emphatically not. They are crooks.
Out of the blue, I received emails informing me of a claim that I had not made. When I queried it, a document with a signature, which was clearly not mine, was emailed to me. I told them they did not have my authorisation to do this and to retract any action they had taken. There seems to be a common thread through all these reviews. This company is clearly trying to scam people.
