If I could give it 0 stars I would; went through the whole process just to get denied at the very end despite the state I'm having it shipped to being a state they work with. Rep I talked to couldn't give me a straight answer about why. Scam company don't waste your time paying so much in interest with a company that doesn't want to work with you.
My experience with the service has been terrible. I returned a PC within the 15-day refund window because I was not satisfied. However, they claimed a component was missing upon return and charged me for it, despite my proof of correct shipping. I placed another order thinking my account was in good standing, but after speaking with a representative, they took $125 from my new order and reactivated my previous lease. They also marked the new order as fulfilled, yet I haven't received anything. This feels like a scam.
This is my third purchase of a PC, and it arrived in excellent condition, appearing almost brand new with no signs of wear. It's a powerhouse and definitely justifies the price. For anyone considering a pre-owned rig, I found the condition to be absolutely perfect.

This marks my second custom-built PC from a reliable gaming service. On both occasions, the PC was constructed, dispatched, and arrived ahead of the two-week build time estimate. They utilize non-proprietary hardware and avoid entry-level components. My sole suggestion would be to offer an option for a 360mm AIO in cases that can accommodate them. Aside from that, it was an incredible experience, with impressive PC performance and excellent customer support.
They are taking advantage of the desire for a reliable computer while trying to save money upfront. The pricing is outrageous, charging three times the actual value over time as the product loses worth due to new releases. This type of dishonest business practice deserves no support from me.
Just to preface this has nothing to do with the quality of the pc or any parts, that will be a seperate review once I receive my PC. I just wanted to say that every step of the way I have gotten every little bit of detail that I needed, from a break down of total cost to how to go about buying out my contract. constant communication on every step. Every single person I have talked to has been extremely professional and so nice. I've been trying to save up and buy a PC for a while now and I can say this is the easiest most understandable contract I have ever put myself in.
