Whenever an issue arose, such as the inverter beeping loudly after installation, they responded promptly to ensure everything was functioning properly. While the app can be a bit challenging to navigate, a 30-minute call with them guided me through its features, making it quite useful. I wholeheartedly recommend the service, including their assistance with liaising with the utility provider to change tariffs, which they handled seamlessly. Outstanding experience!

The initial contact and agreement were very good. However, the time from initial contact to the start of work took quite a while, from April to December. The fitters and equipment were excellent, but they could have been more considerate regarding my satellite dish; I was without Sky TV for three weeks. The process involved many different contacts and communications, which could have been streamlined through a single point of contact.
