Container and Packaging has always treated my company well. They look for ways to improve your needs and offer better pricing as the quantity rises. I highly recommend this Company. Bird is very kind and accomodating. She always makes sure I am getting everything I need.
Customer service representative explained their Utah distribution center is going through a relocation of warehouse and it could effect the dispatch time of my shipment. I asked for accommodations to make sure my order processed with faster shipping to offset the delayed departure. I was met with a firm no and no resolution was made.
I ordered 2 oz frosted glass bottles with the recommended sprayers through the site. After trying a few, I noticed they leaked where the top screws on. I let them know and even sent videos. They sent me replacement sprayers and I tried those. At first it seemed like 2 out of 3 of them fit ok, but then I noticed they were all leaking. I let them know again and they said since they could not replicate the leak, they would not reimburse me. I not have 200 bottles that I can't use!!!
