Sam is the man. He is on top of his game when it comes to keeping me stocked up with the containers that I use. His friendly reminder calls help remind me to check my inventory for possible items that I need to order. He is always able to answer any questions that I have. He offers solutions and guidance to help me when any problems arise.
I order bottles and caps. I was told the black caps would be available in 4 days. White caps would not be available till October. I called to get tracking info after 3 weeks of order placed. I was informed order never shipped as Black cap would not be ready till October, but you got the white caps I always buy. There was no call in three weeks to say black caps are not available. What wait till October. This is the norm for you guys lately, So sad
