It is very easy to use. I really liked it when I did use it. Unfortunately, I don't use it enough and canceled my subscription. However, I have made note of the name of it so that I can go back to it in the future if I need to be sending a bunch of faxes.
I'm still very new to this but at this point everything has gone smoothly without any drama. The porting of my number was efficient and went according to plan. I've only had a couple of test faxes but all went well.
The faxing part gets 5 stars. The service costs is less than others who charge more, in some cases significantly more. However, their policy of not allowing you to port your number gets 1 star. A person may have widely distributed their fax number. It is a significant cost to redistribute a new number. I consider it wrong that they have this policy. So, if you don’t care about this, I recommend them. But if you do care, find a different company for your fax needs.
