I bought a 8 place tabletop dishwasher that was to big needed a 6 place an to send it back to exchange it is going to cost £90 to send back .it's pathetic u have to find ur own courier. Never shop here again
I bought a countertop dishwasher from this company several years ago. I don't know why but it was designed with a touch sensitive control panel on the bottom of the door. Which is the worst place you can put a control panel and this is why. The original machine died because moisture stopped the panel from working during normal usage. Water from the cycles, on top of the steam and moisture seeps into the door panel. The touch sensitive controls and the display completely died. I wrote a review and they sent me a replacement. The exact same dishwasher. So I was immediately skeptical but decided to give it a go. Within a few months the display panel started glitching. So I let it air out and dry before using again. Then it worked fine. Now after 2 years of this replacement machine, this one has suffered the same fate as the first. The control panel is no longer usable and the machine is totally dead. I will not recommend buying their poorly designed countertop dishwashers. They're not sealed properly and the design flaws have led to frustration and a loss of money. They said when they sent this replacement out they won't be doing it again. So I will now have to go elsewhere. Avoid!
Great dishwasher, really glad I bought it. Even takes the bigger plates even though I want to go to smaller ones. Cleaning is perfect, no more throwing most of my dishes and cups back in to be rewashed and then hand washed because my old one wasn't getting them clean.
