I recently received my furniture delivery and was very satisfied with the entire experience. The communication after purchase was clear and consistent, keeping me updated at every stage so I always knew what to expect. The delivery driver was professional, courteous, and handled everything with care, which made the process feel smooth and stress‑free.
The delivery arrived right on time, exactly as scheduled, which I really appreciated. When the items were brought in, everything was in perfect condition with no marks or damage. The quality of the furniture itself is excellent — sturdy, well‑made, and exactly as described.
Overall, the service from purchase to delivery was impressive, and I’m very happy with both the product and the experience.

We were not notified when stock was in store. I called to see if I could get an updated time frame for our stock to arrice, only to be told stock was in store (and had been for some time) and ready to be collected/ delivered.
The last delivery was over 1.5hours late. The trolley in which the brought the couch in was broken. It had a broken wheel which the rubber was split in 2, therefore the wheel inside scratched my wooden floorboards! If I had of known I would have gotten them to use our trolley! The put the couch in the lounge then pushed it over onto the floor instead of placing it over like others had done to our previous delivery. No care taken. I had to air out the house as the loungeroom stank of BO! The driver were inside for a limited amount of time, I can't believe the stench.

Hello All
I am having an absolute nightmare trying to get anything that resembles helpful service from Amart to deal with a fault and am getting stuck in an endless loop of false promises, being placed on hold, being directed to online chat, and being directed to call store, and dispatch etc, with nobody taking any accountability.
On 28th January I received a defective product from Amart and immediately notified via phone and email with pictures and was confirmed by Amart as faulty and hazardous.
My immediate concern is to get the 60kg of rubbish you have dumped in my house removed - not being locked down to picking a replacement or worthless voucher. Just immediate removal of the safety hazard from my house.
Despite multiple calls to "customer care" and being promised 100% that this would be removed on Thursday 5th February by "Ramon", it still remains. I have asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint and get this resolved on calls on 2nd 3rd and 4th of Feb and was guaranteed a callback by a manager...none has been forthcoming. Another 1.5hrs today on hold while "Wayne" from dispatch was trying to find a slot to come and pick up your trash....again with no outcome. A further 30mins wasted with "Genesis" who was unable to find any manager to resolve my complaint.
Is it really that hard to remove agreed faulty and bulky products from someone's house? This is both a safety issue to our young daughter and also a cultural issue for my partner that needs the hazardous material removed from our house prior to lunar new year on 17th February.
You have been informed of the faulty product and the need to remove it since 29th January and all I have received is false promises of picking it up and manager call backs and neither has happened.
I can't understand either why I have been promised a call back from a manager to resolve this on 4 separate occasions but yet to receive one?? Is this due huge numbers of customers receiving the same combination of poor quality furniture and customer service?
Refund/Replacement can be sorted out later but your rubbish needs to be gone from our premises by the end of this weekend! It was delivered at my expense so needs to be removed at your expense!

Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited the West Gosford store today prepared to make several large purchases, including furniture for myself and my children. Unfortunately, staff members Jacki and Jayden repeatedly walked past me to chat amongst themselves and made no attempt to assist.

I left and spent my money at other nearby stores, where the service was excellent. Staff there even commented that similar feedback about this store and Jacki specifically, is common.

I had a negative experience years ago with the same staff member and was ignored then as well. It’s disappointing to see no improvement.

I won’t be returning.

After only one year, the sofa is already showing significant wear and clear signs of poor quality. Despite a couch technician confirming that the materials and workmanship are below standard, the company has denied a refund. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

Michelle is amazing and knowable and the lady at the front was cheery but our whole experience was ruined by a rude salesperson butting in and making jokes that we think was upsetting Michelle. This guy needs to learn some respect cuz this isn’t the attitude to have at you job in front of customers.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience.

I ordered a bedroom set from the company several months ago, and it has yet to arrive. Whenever I reach out, I receive misleading information regarding the delivery date. They continue to postpone and are unwilling to provide a refund. Had they been truthful from the start, I would have chosen a different seller. This is the worst furniture store with the most terrible customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from here again.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

I purchased a sofa from the company, and after a few months, the cushions became flattened. I requested a repair and waited six months for a response. Ultimately, they offered me $250 for my $5,000 sofa. I am very disappointed with the customer support.
