Company offered a deal on a bog bag then automatically signed me up for a 2 week subscription to get the deal, 8.98 every 2 weeks without knowing. Whole thing seemed sketchy.
I never received my order that I ordered for 21.98 or 21. Something but I would like my order or a refund. I paid extra for the over night shipping and the package protection so not sure what happened or what's going on but ....
Emerald solved my problem quickly and professionaly. The customer service on problem issues was quick and professional. Really appreciate a company that is prompt in responding to issues.
Here is my story. I ordered, for $9.99, a seed bundle. I could see it on my Discover card acct. A few days later, I had an unauthorized charge, of about $63, on my Discover acct. This charge was declined by the Fraud Dept at Discover. I checked my cooktwig acct and found that my $9.99 charge was not a seed bundle, but VIP MEMBERSHIP. I disputed this charge with cooktwig. In one day, I got a response from Kenny, escalation dept. He agreed to remove the charge from my acct if I left a review. So, this is my review. Not happy that I was led to believe I was buying a seed bundle and it was changed to something else I did not authorize. I am happy that I got a quick response from Kenny. Cooktwig has to see my review and then my acct is credited. I hope this happens as promised!Max Hotz
