Review Time
-REVIEW AS HOSTAGE-Cooktwig.com is a scam. Never signed up for an account (to my knowledge). When charges showed up on my account for $74+ dollars, I reached out to the company. Recieved a "cancellation" notice but nothing about a refund. Today, I received another email saying they'd issue a refund AFTER this review... so here I am. DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I was told that I would get a refund and that I had to leave a review before I'm issued that. So here it is. I can't say I received the best service because I haven't received my money back yet. I'll update to a much more positive experience once I get my refund that is due. I have kids and a family and I don't need some company taking money from me, especially when it was not previously disclosed to me. Thanks.
This company is a complete scam. I found them on Facebook advertising a survey in return for a soul De Janeiro kit, which I paid $20 for. I have proof that they charge my account. I never received a tracking number and a few days later they tried to charge my account $46. I reached out to the company and they told me that they cannot charge me for anything without my consent and then told me that the payment was for a gift card to buy products on their website which doesn't even offer a soul de Janeiro kit. They told me they do not have those and that I only signed up for a gift card which they emailed to me mind you. I got their website from that survey. It led me there. Long story short it's a SCAM!!!!
Misleading information. From start to the end. In my understanding, I was getting a device and there were all these pop up messages of people who apparently got their devices so that let me to understand I will get a device not a useless membership that I don't even understand. JUST CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PLEASE
