I would rate the breadroll with cheese 5/5. But the coffee varies in quality.. great..burnt...weak.. coffee roulette.
I have also noticed the finished plates have a tendency to be left for a while, even after people have left. Maybe a dirty tray area could improve this experience.

They have a sign that says order online and skip the queue. So I ordered online - but didn't skip the queue. After a 10 minute wait and unable to get to talk to anyone behind the counter, I had to go back in the queue to get to the counter and ask for my online order. Waste of time and unfortunately not worth the wait. Coffee and pastries nothing to write home about.
I ordered decaf beans (a rare find in Denmark, kudos Copenhagen Coffee Lab for selling it) and the way I was treated was really special - they approached me as a valuable customer and not just an order number. Much appreciated in today’s world!
