I thought my shopping experience was great! They had a great number of different items available now I was looking for, and when I was a problem with my order not showing up, they were quick to resolve my issue and send me some more. I think they did a great job and my shopping experience was awesome on Dank Geek! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
Unfortunately, this review isn't typical. I truly appreciate the products, the website layout, the quick turnaround, and the pricing; however, all of that is irrelevant if items do not arrive on time and in the promised condition! Multiple times, the company has completely overlooked included accessory parts like glass nails, glass domes, and dab utensils, which were all marked as 'INCLUDED' with the main product. These inexpensive accessories are crucial for using the main product correctly, making their absence inexcusable. Usually, I overlook these customer service and shipping issues, but this time was different as it was an important purchase.
I ordered a product labeled as a 'DAB RIG,' which stated that a quartz nail and dry flower accessory were included. To avoid issues, I ordered two weeks in advance for my family vacation in Florida. I also purchased a domeless titanium/quartz hybrid nail from the same shop to ensure I could use the DAB RIG, just in case they forgot the accessories like they often do. I never expected them to forget the included nail for the 'DAB RIG' and the extra nail I ordered. Now, the DAB RIG is unusable, resembling just a strange flower vase. To make matters worse, they included a DRY FLOWER GLASS BOWL attachment, but it wasn't packaged securely, leading to it arriving shattered. I ordered a DAB RIG, not a DRY FLOWER BONG, which they have clearly labeled. Now I'm left with a new glass DAB RIG and no nail to use while I have 5 grams of fresh Rosin during a three-week family vacation, and I'm only three days in. I would like all the information needed to return these unusable items immediately to get a full refund. I am no longer willing to give this company chances to improve, as they clearly do not prioritize shipping and packing. In my view, nothing else matters if the experience of receiving the purchased product isn't enjoyable or exciting. I hope they improve for future customers, but I will no longer be one of them.
This company is a scam. Do not buy a single thing from them. Item received and it was junk from the start. Emailed them and of course got the run around. They will take your money and run. STAY AWAY!!!*EDIT- this wound up NOT being Dank Geeks fault at all. This wound up being a brand (Auxo) issue. After some mis communication and me jumping the gun, Joseph got with me and worked out a solution. In the end, what started off rocky, was a pleasurable experience. Thanks Joseph
Recently purchased a puffco pivot mouthpiece replacement through the Dank Geek store it came a bit faulty with a slit on the mouthpiece. They then got with me and sent me another one that worked perfectly without the slit. 5 Star customer service 5 Star store would definitely recommend
I haven't even gotten my items yet but based on my experience so far, I had to leave a review! I ended up ordering from DankGeek after a horrendous experience with DankStop. I honestly came into DankGeek with low expectations & I was expecting something similar to what I experienced with DankStop, but boy was I wrong. I ordered less than 24 hours ago & I've already gotten shipping confirmation! Very impressed with the experience so far.4/30: received my order less than a week after I ordered & I've been using my items for a few weeks now with no complaints! Great quality for the price. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
