Review Time
We have just used Cophall Park & Ride for the first time. When dropping off our car on the 5th December we found them unfriendly and bordering on rude. Today 21st December we were picked up from the airport around 7.30 am we called them at around 7.15. On boarding the bus we were in the middle of putting our cases on the rack when the driver drove off like a rally driver causing me to slam into the pole hurting my elbow and the top of my back. My husbands hand was also wedged by the suitcase against the bar. When we reached the car park I approached the driver who was busy on his phone at the time to tell him that he had drove off when we were still in the process of putting our cases on the rack causing us to fall he looked up and said did I ? Then said oh sorry in an aggressive tone. I would not say that this was a good way to treat customers also I wonder what sort of health and safety procedures are in place.
It was very convenient to have the car parked with Cophall Park for Gatwick. The only thing which was not good is the mud on the car mats. Someone got there with muddy shoes and did not bother to clean after driving the car. Hope you will make sure that the owners receive their car in the condition they left it.
